Instructions
  • Enter the distance covered (make sure to specify whether it was in miles or kilometers).
  • Enter the time it took you to cover the distance specified (in hh:mm:ss).
  • Select the activity type.
  • Enter your weight (in order to get the estimated number of calories burned).
  • Click the "Get Pace and Calories" button to get your pace.
  • Click the "Clear" button to reset your values.
