Instructions

- Enter the time it took you to cover the
distance specified (in hh:mm:ss).
- Select the activity type.
- Enter your weight (in order to get the
estimated number of calories burned).
- Click the "Get Pace and Calories"
button to get your pace.
- Click the "Clear" button to reset your values.
